Senior Exchange Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Email Specialist skilled in managing complex Microsoft Exchange environments to join our Infrastructure Team. This role focuses on overseeing enterprise email services, ensuring secured, efficient, and high-performing communication systems throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple Microsoft Exchange sites and intricate multi-forest infrastructures.
• Implement and maintain email security protocols utilizing Trend Micro products such as IMSVA, DDEI, and SMEX.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory including trust relationships, replication topology, and Group Policy management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced mail flow, routing, and connectivity challenges.
• Leverage Exchange Management Shell and scripting tools to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive support for all Exchange clients including Outlook MAPI, Outlook Web Access, IMAP, Outlook Anywhere, and mobile devices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationals only are eligible to apply.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange platform administration, particularly with multi-forest and Active Directory replication.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Trend Micro email security solutions.
• Proficient in scripting with Exchange Management Shell.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory certifications: MCSE in Server Infrastructure and MCSE in Messaging.
