Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction initiatives from initial planning through to final completion.
• Administer refurbishment and reinvestment projects across multiple locations.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and operational personnel.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, and are delivered on schedule and to high quality.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience managing multi-site construction, refurbishment, or fit-out projects within sectors such as retail, hospitality, leisure, commercial, food and beverage, healthcare, or mixed-use developments. Commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent quality outcomes are essential.
