Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise technology projects, primarily for government bodies and large organizations. This role demands proficiency in requirement elicitation, business process evaluation, system integrations, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate should be adept at handling projects employing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, document, and validate both business and functional requirements.
• Lead workshops and engage with both business and IT stakeholders to align on project goals and solution prerequisites.
• Create essential documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, process diagrams, and user stories.
• Manage requirement lifecycle ensuring alignment with business objectives and traceability throughout projects.
• Evaluate and optimize business workflows via process reengineering efforts.
• Define functional and API integration specifications supporting system integration projects.
• Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and project management teams to guarantee successful solution rollout.
• Take part in solution architecture, testing phases including user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise-scale or digital transformation projects.
• Prior exposure working with government entities is mandatory.
• Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in system integration, API specifications, business process reengineering, and managing requirements.
• Proficient working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project environments.
• Consulting experience with government or major enterprises is considered a significant plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are desirable.
• Preference given to Saudi Nationals.
