Senior Backend Developer

Job Overview

This position is for a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in ASP.NET Core, microservices, and cloud technologies, located in Bangalore. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview at the Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Design and implement microservices architecture, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Create and optimize SQL scripts, database designs, and data models for application efficiency.
• Integrate multiple products seamlessly through backend services.
• Work with event streaming technologies such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Apply solid understanding of data structures, SOLID principles, exception handling, and common design patterns.
• Leverage Azure cloud services including Azure SignalR, Container Apps, API Management, Gateways, Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and Azure Service Bus.
• Develop reusable components and .NET libraries with robust code quality.
• Containerize services using Docker for efficient deployment.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines employing GitHub Workflows.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience focusing on REST API development with ASP.NET Core.
• Proven background in microservices architecture design and implementation for at least 3 years.
• Strong expertise in SQL scripting and relational database design.
• Hands-on knowledge of integrating multiple product systems and event streaming platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services and containerization technologies.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Workflows.
• Familiarity working within Agile Scrum frameworks.
