Key responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end design authority process for the Digital Core Program and help ensure regional and local capabilities remain aligned with global standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions that remain consistent across the landscape.
• Protect solution quality by checking scalability, compliance with architecture guidelines, and fit with the global template.
• Help clarify solutions and communicate downstream impacts to the right stakeholders.
• Support the adoption of new tools, working methods, and change-management practices in line with ITMS rules.
• Contribute to strong documentation practices under both Build and Run governance models.
• Take part in governance forums and help maintain compliance with program standards.
• Look for overlaps between regional capabilities and global solutions, and encourage reuse instead of unnecessary customization.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and integration strategies.
• Share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Support capability building by helping upskill team members on processes, tools, and solutions.
• Assist with solution clarification, impact communication, and readiness activities for delivery leadership.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of supply chain and finance processes.
• Background in application management, solution design, or a similar role, especially across Finance, Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, and Plan to Fulfill.
• Working knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs and middleware.
• Experience leading development teams while preserving product and service design integrity and meeting global standards and required processes.
• Familiarity with both SAP and non-SAP system environments.
• Ability to collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, integration, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to recommend solutions.
• B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.

Additional information

Location: Hyderabad, India.

Compensation: INR 18,00,000 to 25,00,000 per year.
