Job Overview
Writer Business Services Private Limited is recruiting a Scanning Operator to work at Flipkart premises in Agra. This role involves scanning and processing invoices and various business documents, ensuring precise data capture, and maintaining organized digital records to support back-office functions.
Responsibilities
- Digitize invoices and business paperwork by scanning, indexing, and uploading into management systems.
- Conduct invoice verification and perform precise data entry tasks.
- Assess documents for completeness and quality prior to processing.
- Maintain well-organized electronic filing and archive of documents.
- Process invoices following client and company protocols.
- Detect inconsistencies and report exceptions for further review.
- Achieve established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround benchmarks.
- Assist with audit and compliance processes by maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Possession of any graduate degree is mandatory.
- Open to fresh graduates or those with experience in data entry, invoice handling, document management, or similar back-office roles.
- Male candidates are preferred for extended shift coverage.
