Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position located in Montego Bay requires managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Daily duties include identifying and approaching prospective customers, showcasing products and services, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company policies. The salesperson will accurately maintain records of leads, sales opportunities, and interactions, consistently follow up to foster strong connections, and achieve sales goals. The role involves teamwork with internal departments to meet customer needs, participating in sales meetings and training sessions, and providing market feedback to support business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to establish rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of sales software and office applications such as CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Montego Bay, engaging directly with customers throughout the day.
• Results-driven attitude, resilience, and capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, sales, or marketing are preferred.
