About the Role
YouTrip is a fast-scaling multi-currency payments company in Asia Pacific, known for launching the region’s first multi-currency digital wallet in 2018. Its consumer and business offerings, YouTrip and YouBiz, are designed to provide practical, affordable financial tools for individuals and companies. The company has processed more than US$15 billion in payment value each year, raised over US$110 million so far, and is backed by major investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners. It has also been recognised by the World Economic Forum, CNBC, and LinkedIn as a leading innovator and startup.
For this Singapore-based internship, you will support YouBiz, the company’s B2B payment solution for businesses in Singapore. The role sits within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where diversity, inclusion, and innovation are highly valued.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out market and competitor research to uncover trends, opportunities, and gaps that can shape YouBiz’s go-to-market and sales approach.
- Help the Sales team improve playbooks, presentations, and other sales materials so outreach becomes more effective and conversion can improve.
- Review sales funnel data, pipeline activity, and performance measures to generate insights that support prioritisation of valuable customer segments.
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to keep sales plans aligned with wider business goals and product changes.
- Support the search for new business opportunities, partnerships, and priority industries to grow YouBiz’s customer base in Singapore and across the region.
