Position Overview
We invite a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to become part of the Ninja sales team, a rapidly expanding food delivery platform. Your main responsibility is to boost sales by onboarding new restaurant partners and assisting current partners to enhance their performance within our platform. This role offers a blend of fieldwork and office tasks.
Key Duties
- Identify and engage prospective restaurant partners
- Introduce and promote the platform and its services effectively
- Negotiate and successfully finalize sales agreements
- Support current restaurant partners to drive higher sales
- Cultivate and sustain positive partner relationships
- Meet monthly sales objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Keep track of market developments and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Prior sales experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
- Proficient in English language
- Practical, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Comfortable performing tasks both in the field and office environment
- Able to work efficiently under pressure to meet targets
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
