Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Rpd Solar Private Limited, based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. This role involves engaging in B2B or industrial sales with a focus on solar products and related electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Proficiency in Tamil is essential; knowledge of Hindi or English is advantageous as many clients are Rajasthani or Gujarati factory owners.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license to facilitate client visits.
• Comfortable with using WhatsApp, Excel, and performing basic calculations required for the role.
• Experience in B2B sales, particularly in solar energy, electricals, diesel generator sets, machinery, or other industrial products, is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and sincerity will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹20,000 and ₹35,000.
• Additional incentive of ₹10,000 for each successfully closed project.
• Allowances for petrol, travel, and mobile usage provided.
• Benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and an annual Diwali bonus.
• Comprehensive training on solar products and electricity bill analysis will be provided to support your sales effectiveness.
