Join PALMONAS as a Sales Executive to contribute to creating exceptional jewelry experiences that emphasize elegance and modern femininity. This role is based in Thrissur, India, within our expanding retail presence and dedicated online audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored recommendations on jewelry styles, materials, and current trends.
- Meet individual and team sales goals through effective product presentation, facilitating customer trials, and completing sales transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of gemstone quality, metal types, and jewelry maintenance to educate and assist clients effectively.
- Ensure merchandise displays are tidy, well-arranged, secure, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Handle sales transactions via POS, managing cash and card payments accurately, and support inventory management activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within premium jewelry or luxury goods sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop customer relationships and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Thorough understanding of diamonds, gold, and precious stones.
- Exceptional attention to detail for inventory handling and capturing customer preferences.
- Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
