Sales Executive

About the Role

Join Transmed Food Service as a Sales Executive, where you will spearhead the growth of our Foodservice sector by managing new and existing accounts. You will be entrusted with maintaining your portfolio of customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction through your expertise in products, relationship management skills, and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with current and prospective customers to present our extensive product range and offer tailored culinary solutions.
• Participate in product demonstrations and actively collect customer feedback to enhance our offerings.
• Grasp customer purchasing motivations to recommend fitting solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with new and current clients within your assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers, expanding business opportunities.
• Increase sales from existing customers through sustained relationship efforts and technical advice.
• Work closely with Logistics and Customer Service teams to guarantee excellent service following order placement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to advise clients accurately on technical details and usage.
• Manage receivables and ensure timely collections adhering to agreed payment or credit terms.
• Handle payment collection responsibilities, including cheque processing when applicable.

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related disciplines.
• Have 1 to 3 years of pertinent experience in sales or a related area.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for selling food products.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and capability to build solid customer relationships.
• Be driven to achieve results and maintain a customer-focused approach.
