Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our sales pipeline in the Southeast Asia region. Based in our Singapore office and reporting to the Director of Sales Development, this position requires proactive outbound prospecting to engage potential clients effectively. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential business opportunities to generate meetings with our key target audiences. These leads will then proceed through the sales process managed by Account Executives. This position is critical to maintaining a robust sales funnel and ensuring ongoing business growth.

Daily Responsibilities

• Employing sales development best practices, including cold calling, sending emails, leaving voicemails, and leveraging social media channels through enablement technologies to connect with new prospects.
• Using research and prospecting tools to identify qualified accounts and arrange meetings with prospective customers matching ideal profiles.
• Collaborating with team members to innovate and refine the sales development process.
• Keeping informed on industry trends and market conditions to maintain expertise in supported sectors.
• Participating regularly in team training sessions aimed at continuous skill enhancement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The perfect fit is fluent in English and at least one Southeast Asian language to effectively assist clients in the region. Candidates should have experience or exposure to business development, including inbound or outbound sales activities.
