Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting Tito's vodka sales efforts. The role focuses on boosting sales order generation, fostering sales opportunities, and managing sales programs aimed at increasing distribution and brand presence within retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee sales initiatives designed to increase requests for Tito's vodka by distributors and customers, including collaborating with third-party demonstration agencies.
- Coordinate and execute sales programming such as product display campaigns, sampling events, and cocktail presentations in both on-premise and off-premise retail environments.
- Carry out local sales solicitation strategies to maximize distributor orders and overall market penetration.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributor retail clients who currently purchase or may purchase Tito's products in the future.
- Perform all necessary sales support activities that facilitate improved sales performance within the assigned region.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of retail sales experience with progressively responsible roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, allowing effective communication with customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Familiarity with Federal and State alcohol sales regulations.
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is favored.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Demonstrated organization, energy, and proactive approach.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Physical capability to perform essential job functions.
- Validity of driver's license with good driving record and access to reliable vehicle for travel within assigned territory.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
