Key Responsibilities

• Offer administrative support to the sales team to enhance efficiency.
• Manage customer inquiries and conduct follow-up communications.
• Maintain and update sales reports and Management Information System (MIS) records regularly.
• Handle customer database management and record keeping.
• Coordinate order processing, documentation, and various sales activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients via telephone and email.
• Assist sales personnel in meeting defined targets.
• Prepare essential sales documents such as quotations and invoices.
• Monitor order statuses to ensure punctual deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

• Graduation in any field is required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
