Role Overview

We invite candidates eager for a new challenge and interested in joining a growing company filled with exciting opportunities to become part of our team of superheroes. We are currently looking to hire Sales Assistants for Smyths Toys Superstores on a temporary contract basis with an hourly wage of €14.25.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
• Identify and understand customers’ specific needs and preferences
• Collaborate efficiently within a fast-moving and dynamic team environment
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
• Stock and merchandise shelves appropriately
• Handle deliveries and carry out price updates as required
• Operate the till efficiently and accurately
• Stay informed about the latest products to assist customers effectively

Candidate Profile

While prior retail experience is not compulsory, having knowledge in the following areas is considered advantageous:

• Outdoor and bicycle products
• Nursery items
• Software and gaming products
• Backdoor or warehouse operations

Applicants must demonstrate flexibility because our stores operate throughout the week.
