Sales Advisor

Role overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be central to delivering a great in-store experience. Your role is to welcome shoppers, help them navigate the store, support them in finding the right items, and present products in a way that reflects the brand. By working in line with H&M’s values, you will contribute to customer satisfaction as well as store performance.

What you will do

• Use your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers make well-informed buying decisions.
• Work closely with your colleagues to provide strong service throughout the entire shopping journey.
• Keep the sales area and stockroom tidy, well organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist with opening and closing duties for the store.
• Represent both yourself and the brand professionally in every customer interaction.

Additional information

This is a full-time and part-time opportunity for the store in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The role reports to the Department Manager. H&M follows a fair and competency-based hiring process and requests candidates not to include a cover letter. The role follows a 5-day work week.
