Job Overview

As part of the Housekeeping Team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards throughout guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, public spaces, storage areas, back of house zones, and corridors ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest enquiries and requests.
• Assist with regular stocktaking and management of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure guests always encounter immaculate and welcoming rooms.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends on a seven-day roster.
• Competent multitasking capabilities to manage workload efficiently.
• Physical fitness and energy are essential.
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation standards.
• Must have eligibility to work in New Zealand.
