Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Risk Analyst to enhance cybersecurity governance and support technology risk projects through effective coordination, documentation, data analysis, and reporting initiatives. This role requires managing project schedules, maintaining technical documentation, developing insightful dashboards, and preparing executive-level reports to ensure smooth implementation of cybersecurity risk assessment programs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate cybersecurity risk assessment projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Ensure timely coordination across various project workstreams.
Monitor project performance indicators and deliver status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain project repositories, documentation, and program materials with audit-ready governance compliance.
Administer SharePoint sites and document libraries, managing records retention.
Create and update operating procedures, process documentation, and standards.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize project and risk data.
Generate executive reports, visualizations, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Analyze operational, compliance, and risk data to provide actionable insights.
Prepare executive communications, including presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office suite and Copilot.
Support process improvements through consistent technical writing and documentation updates.
Contribute to cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk programs.

Required Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, or technical writing.
Proven experience supporting project or program management functions.
Hands-on use of Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and backlog management.
Strong skills developing dashboards with Power BI.
Experience managing SharePoint administration and document repositories.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
Ability to create executive-level reports and presentations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
Experience maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and process repositories.
Capability to juggle multiple tasks across diverse teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, governance, and risk & compliance (GRC).
Experience in financial services industry sectors.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted productivity tools.
Knowledge of project governance and PMO best practices.

Technical Expertise

Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance.
Azure DevOps (ADO) platform expertise.
SharePoint administration and governance.
Project planning and coordination skills.
PMO reporting and documentation management.
Technical writing and executive communication abilities.
