Revenue Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager specialized in hospitality to oversee pricing, demand forecasting, and distribution channels for a range of hotels based in the United States. This position is critical in maximizing revenue by effectively managing rates, occupancy, and channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement flexible pricing models.
• Track and analyze occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), booking pace, and pickup trends.
• Handle rates, inventory, and booking restrictions across online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct sales platforms.
• Enhance performance on major OTAs including Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, and Priceline.
• Maintain rate parity and promptly solve any channel mapping or availability discrepancies.
• Perform competitor pricing analysis and assess market trends to guide revenue optimization.
• Generate daily and weekly revenue reports and deliver insightful analysis to stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to refine revenue management processes and improve outcomes.

Required Profile

• Between 1 and 5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or channel distribution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of occupancy metrics, ADR, RevPAR, and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), channel management software, and OTA extranets.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent proficiency in English communication.
• Capability to efficiently manage multiple hotel properties independently.

Preferred Experience

• Direct experience managing revenue for hotels based in the USA.
• Portfolio management involving multiple hotel properties.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Opera, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, RateGain, SynXis, Duetto, IDeaS, STR, or Lighthouse.

Working Conditions

• Work location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India (Onsite).
• Shift timing: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Employment type: Full-time.
