Key Responsibilities

In the role of Nike Store Coach, you will oversee all daily operations within a designated part of the store, including sales and service activities. Leading, mentoring, and motivating store associates in your area will be central to your duties. You will maintain visual merchandising and sales floor standards, ensure effective communication of promotional events to maximize their impact, and proactively identify problems and growth opportunities based on sales data and customer feedback. Supporting the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and staff is also a vital part of your role.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of retail experience, or alternatively 4 years of retail experience without a degree.
• A minimum of one year in a management role.
• Proven background in retail management, including coaching and guiding team members.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Familiarity with retail business software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
