Role Overview

Paramount Wires & Cables is seeking a Retail Manager to lead and expand the sales of Flexible Wires across the Delhi region. This role involves overseeing a team of three, establishing market presence, and managing all aspects of retail sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee retail sales activities for Flexible Wires across the entire Delhi market, managing a team of three members.
• Identify and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers to facilitate market growth and expansion.
• Manage credit control processes and monitor receivables to ensure financial discipline.
• Create promotional schemes and effectively communicate these initiatives to all relevant stakeholders.
• Motivate the sales team and ensure targets are met or exceeded consistently.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• An MBA degree is preferred for this role.
• Minimum of ten years of proven experience in retail sales management.
