We seek an engaged Retail Assistant Store Manager who leads actively within the team, not from afar. This role involves hands-on work including managing stock, process execution, and supporting efficient delivery while setting high standards through personal example. You'll collaborate closely with the Store Manager and team to enhance performance and nurture skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively lead on the sales floor alongside the team rather than from the office.
• Handle stock and implement core retail processes directly.
• Uphold strict standards in store presentation, stock management, and customer service.
• Support sales goals, wage management, and cost controls.
• Coach team members to develop their abilities.
• Maintain consistent standards and participate in performance discussions.
• Assist the team through operational changes to build stronger capabilities.

• Experienced in retail leadership within fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on and committed to high-quality execution.
• Confident in managing performance and enforcing standards.
• Highly organized with strong operational focus.

• Motivated to progress into a Store Manager position.
