Role Overview

As a Team Member at Franco Manca, you will be pivotal in delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. Your duties include serving guests, assisting with food preparation, ensuring cleanliness, and embodying the friendly and positive ethic of the Franco Manca culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and efficient service to guests, fostering a friendly environment.
• Assist in food preparation including managing dough quality and presentation.
• Take orders, serve beverages, and deliver pizzas promptly and correctly.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth operation during busy periods.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety are upheld throughout the restaurant.
• Embody and propagate the positive and supportive Franco spirit within the workplace.

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
