Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries from guests and colleagues.
- Convert guest bookings from inquiries into confirmed reservations efficiently.
- Ensure meticulous accuracy in recording and processing each reservation.
- Apply proactive sales strategies to increase room bookings by promoting hotel amenities and upgrades.
- Assist in sales initiatives by responding to inquiries and helping identify new prospects for future business growth.
