Role Overview

The Research Coordinator will manage the complete lifecycle of participant studies: from setting up EEG wearables to guiding users, maintaining data quality, and scheduling sessions. The data collected will directly influence model training and product enhancement, leading to transformative user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate EEG and eye-tracking devices for participants.
• Lead participants through experimental tasks, monitoring data quality live.
• Address technical problems promptly during data collection.
• Manage participant recruitment and relationships to sustain study pipelines.
• Organize and oversee study session logistics for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify data irregularities and refine collection approaches.
• Gather participant feedback and convert it into actionable product and protocol improvements.
• Help define best practices to scale data gathering effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse participant groups, including those with motor impairments.
• Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader objectives.
• Communicate clearly with both technical colleagues and non-technical study participants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Tobii or other eye-tracking technology.
• Knowledge of IRB protocols and compliance related to human subjects research.
• Background in clinical or rehabilitation environments.
