Research and Development Chemist - AI Trainer

About the Role

We seek an experienced Research and Development Chemist to contribute to the training of AI models. Your task will involve monitoring the development of AI chatbots, assessing their reasoning, and identifying areas for enhancement to boost the performance and accuracy of these models.

Key Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with challenging chemistry-related problems and review their responses.
• Assess the correctness and efficiency of AI model outputs.

Prerequisites

• Strong command of English at a native or bilingual proficiency level.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge across general, organic, and physical chemistry disciplines.
• Possession of or progress towards a Master's or PhD degree is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Additional Information

This is an independent contractor position located in Australia with onsite work requirements. Compensation is hourly, starting at USD 40+, with opportunities for bonuses depending on projects. Payment is processed through PayPal, including currency conversion.
