Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and sell premium off-plan residential properties.
- Organize property viewings and deliver informative presentations, both virtually and in person.
- Engage with clients through consultations to understand and meet their property needs.
- Establish and nurture a broad network of affluent clients and investors.
- Coordinate with marketing and development units to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Foster and sustain strong collaborations with brokers to promote ongoing partnerships and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of sales experience in Dubai's real estate development sector.
- Demonstrable success in selling off-plan properties.
- Possesses an extensive network with over 150 agencies and brokers.
- Fluency in English plus proficiency in one additional language such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Holds a valid UAE driving license and has access to a personal vehicle.
- Ready to join promptly or within a minimal notice period.
- Good knowledge of sales workflows and experienced in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Attractive commission structure: 3% on direct sales and 0.8% on indirect sales.
- Designated parking space provided for the successful Relationship Manager.
