Role Overview

The Region Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales results across a multi-state territory by expanding distribution, guiding distributor execution, and improving performance in strategic accounts.   • Run monthly business reviews with distributor partners.
  • Execute incentives with distributor sales representatives.
  • Support local market visits, competitive monitoring, and forecast/expense reporting.

  • Prior experience as a Regional Sales Manager is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
