Recruitment Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to oversee and execute recruitment projects for diverse client sectors. This role requires managing the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates aligned with client needs and organizational culture.

Key Duties

• Oversee recruitment end-to-end for client roles, from start to placement.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist applicants who meet role criteria and fit culturally.
• Generate candidate evaluation summaries and advise clients on selections.
• Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Develop and sustain a talent pool for recurrent and future hiring.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Compile recruitment analytics reports tracking metrics like time-to-fill and effectiveness of sourcing.
• Guarantee a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Complete additional recruitment and talent acquisition responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least two years of recruitment experience, ideally in recruitment agencies or consulting firms.
• Proficient in managing several recruitment assignments concurrently.
• Skilled at sourcing candidates via multiple recruitment platforms.
• Experienced in competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Capable of working autonomously and meeting recruitment deadlines and goals.
• Available to start immediately.
