About the Role

We seek detail-oriented, highly organized Recruiting Coordinators eager to make a significant impact. In this role, you will manage the candidate experience from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and enhancing the underlying talent operations programs, processes, and systems.

You will collaborate closely with embedded talent teams and recruitment agencies, building talent systems from scratch. Success in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes unclear environment is essential, along with a deep commitment to providing stellar candidate experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle at Code Metal.
  • Work in close coordination with embedded talent teams including Operating Partners, Senior Principals, and Principals to efficiently advance candidates through interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Continuously refine and enhance internal recruitment processes, systems, and approaches concerning candidate experience.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement projects, including the implementation of Ashby applicant tracking system.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, with a track record of nurturing strong relationships and creating excellent experiences for candidates and team members.
  • Comfort handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and skillfully navigating ambiguity.
  • Prior experience scheduling or coordinating meetings/interviews, whether in dedicated roles or broader responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow rapidly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a passion for structure and efficiency, such as meticulous calendar management and process optimization.
  • Proactive mindset that goes beyond the job scope, understanding the broader ecosystem and aiming for a significant positive impact.
  • Ability to work hybrid onsite, with regular presence in the office required.
