Role Overview

The Recreation Executive will play a key role in delivering efficient and cost-effective services within the Recreation Department to meet operational objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining all recreational facilities and associated areas at impeccable standards throughout operating hours, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and maintenance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Recreation Department services efficiently and within budget goals.
• Maintain recreational facilities and related areas to the highest standards during all business hours.
• Ensure that facilities always adhere to current legislative and statutory maintenance standards.
• Lead fitness classes such as Pool Fitness and create specialized recreational programs for both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Plan and conduct recreational activities specifically designed for children in varied settings.
• Proactively engage with guests to elevate their recreational experience and satisfaction during their stay.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in recreational roles within hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality settings.
• Capability to design and execute diverse recreational activities suitable for various indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and guest-focused interpersonal style and approach.
