Job Overview

We are seeking a Recovery Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves reaching out to customers with overdue payments, explaining repayment options, negotiating settlements, and encouraging timely payments. The role requires professionalism in handling customer objections and maintaining call quality while adhering to daily calling and collection goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Clearly explain repayment plans and negotiate settlement agreements with customers.
• Professionally manage customer objections and ensure a high standard of call quality.
• Record payment promises and update call details in the CRM or relevant system.
• Achieve daily targets for call volumes and collections.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient speaking skills in Telugu and English.
• Basic computer literacy, including adequate typing speed.
• Minimum of six months experience in collections preferred.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and persuasive communication skills.
• Readiness to perform in a target-focused environment.
