Key Responsibilities

• Apply functional specifications under supervision, utilizing engineering tools to design hardware for product modifications and new developments.
• Assist in creating component specifications, document design processes, and prepare documentation for design review meetings.
• Independently use engineering tools to record calculations and maintain comparisons in controlled databases.
• Define testing objectives at the component level following health, safety, and environmental protocols and analyze test outcomes.
• Collaborate with mentors to comprehend requirements for submitting invention disclosures and recognize intellectual property opportunities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work effectively within a team environment by communicating clearly to deliver innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate initiative by exceeding expectations and focusing on precision and comprehensive completion of tasks to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Candidates with qualifications and experience beyond the minimum requirements will be considered for advanced roles such as Associate Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Senior Mechanical Engineer based on experience, job requirements, and company needs.
