Role Overview
This dynamic position within our State Projects team focuses on supporting commercial project tendering by preparing compliant quotations, managing project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate commercial project quotations compliant with requirements.
- Maintain and update quotation registers, databases, source lists, and project records meticulously.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication of requirements and updates with internal departments and external partners.
- Archive project files efficiently and follow up on any outstanding documentation to ensure completeness.
- Support the submission process to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance of project bids.
- Respond proactively to project-related queries, offering responsive assistance to broader teams and networks.
- Contribute positively to overall customer experience and successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technology applications such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy team environment.
