Role Overview

The company seeks a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Officer responsible for ensuring operational adherence to company standards, client prerequisites, and regulatory frameworks. The role involves monitoring procedures, conducting inspections, pinpointing improvement areas, and fostering operational quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and audits on operational activities following the established plan.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Detect quality-related issues, proposing corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop inspection plans and prepare corresponding reports.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
• Review and analyze customer complaints and feedback regarding service quality.
• Investigate complaints and assist in resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance service delivery and process efficiency.
• Fulfill additional organizational duties as assigned.
• Guarantee adherence to Tadweer’s approved monthly work plan.
• Abide by applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures and standards.
• Report incidents, violations, unsafe conditions, or actions that could impact health, safety, or environment to supervisors.
• Monitor quality KPIs and compile periodic performance reports.
• Support quality awareness and training initiatives focusing on standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 5 years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, or operational auditing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with solid organizational competence.
• Effective communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or quality management systems is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
