Role Overview
We are seeking a remote Quality Audit Associate to support SPU Managers and Supervisors with administrative tasks. This position's work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The associate's duties include mastering and applying account guidelines, completing case billing audits, investigating short pays and non-pays with proper documentation in the collections system, conducting internal audits, and generating customer-specific data queries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory; higher education preferred.
- Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on accurate data entry.
- Solid intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational capabilities, adept at multitasking and prioritizing.
- Sound judgment and adherence to confidentiality practices.
