QSR Representative - Part Time (Onsite)

About the Role

Join Circle K at their Rome, GA location (1881 Calhoun Hwy NE) as a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Representative working part-time with flexible shift availability. The role involves delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational and food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping throughout the restaurant.
• Prepare and serve food items following company brand standards and health regulations.
• Ensure quality control, food safety, and adherence to operational guidelines.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records accurately.
• Adhere to all governmental laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports promptly according to company policy.
• Embody company values such as teamwork, integrity, ownership, and competitive spirit.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated integrity and reliability in work commitments.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude focused on achieving results.
• Physical ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and occasionally climb ladders.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and around kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, grills, and freezers.
• Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects continuously during shifts.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 10 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally.
