Job Overview

The role entails ensuring that all piling, foundation, diaphragm wall, and geotechnical activities meet project specifications, approved processes, contract demands, and relevant quality standards.

Key Duties

• Execute the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and uphold the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Perform inspections on piling, diaphragm walls, foundations, and other geotechnical operations.
• Assess and oversee Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality protocols.
• Inspect reinforcement placements, drilling, concrete operations, and pile testing procedures.
• Coordinate inspection activities with clients, consultants, and third-party laboratories.
• Review materials approvals, test results, and calibration documentation.
• Generate and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), implementing necessary corrective measures.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records, inspection documentation, and project files.
• Ensure all activities comply with project requirements, standards, and ISO 9001 criteria.
• Collaborate with project management, site teams, and HSE staff to meet quality targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least five years of experience in QA/QC roles related to piling, foundation, or geotechnical projects.
• Familiarity with standards such as BS, ASTM, ACI, ISO 9001 and other relevant construction codes.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and managing quality documentation.
