About the Role

Jacko Gases Company, a prominent producer of medical, industrial, and specialty gases in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to join their Riyadh-based team. This opportunity is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, both male and female.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities for gases, materials, and various services essential to operations.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with suppliers to support business needs.
• Conduct contract negotiations aimed at optimizing costs and securing advantageous terms.
• Track inventory status and accurately anticipate future purchasing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and financial departments to ensure procurement aligns with company objectives.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the procurement process.
• Assess supplier performance continually and explore new options for sourcing to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong capabilities in negotiation, managing vendor relationships, and conducting analytical evaluations.
• Proficiency with ERP software systems and managing inventory effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement regulations and quality standards applicable to the sector.
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
