Project Manager - Product Development

Position Overview

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the beauty and wellness consumer products sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Product Development team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional passionate about organization, collaboration across departments, and guiding new products from initial concept to market launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules involving multiple departments.
• Monitor milestones, track action items, and manage dependencies to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and documentation using tools like Monday.com and Microsoft 365.
• Lead project meetings, document crucial decisions, and ensure follow-up on action points.
• Communicate regular project updates and proactively identify and address potential risks or obstacles.
• Support product launch activities through collaboration with both internal team members and external vendors.
• Contribute to optimizing project management processes, templates, and organizational documentation as the company grows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between 0 to 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or product operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Familiar with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or comparable platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with shifting priorities.
• Interest or background in consumer products, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, or medical devices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AI productivity tools like ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
