We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings team based in Melbourne, VIC. The projects slated for 2026/27 represent significant growth opportunities, and this role is central to their success.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with project management processes and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage financial aspects meticulously, including revenue tracking, profit management, forecasting, and billing accuracy.
- Lead the planning and scheduling of project deliveries, including optimizing resource allocation.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities related to projects.
- Uphold quality standards across all project phases.
- Oversee cost, schedule, quality, and technical elements from project initiation through completion, potentially handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope and conduct thorough technical and commercial reviews to guide projects successfully.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, with proven expertise managing projects specifically in Building Automation and/or Electronic Security Systems. You will be adept at leading cross-disciplinary teams, coordinating program management, engineering, commissioning, and logistics efforts to achieve outstanding project results in a competitive business environment.
