Role Overview

The Project Manager position is part-time (25–30 hours per week) and fully remote. The individual will bring organization to a growing team, handling client and internal workflows, quality control, and transforming daily tasks into replicable systems. Key responsibilities involve managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating priorities, documenting processes, supporting quality assurance, and collaborating with leadership and various teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, task flow, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple internal and client projects using Asana.
• Coordinate and organize team priorities and clarify next steps to ensure smooth project progression from intake through delivery.
• Maintain clean and consistent project boards and workflows, develop repeatable structures for recurring tasks, and improve system automations and reporting.
• Ensure team alignment on priorities and deadlines through supporting weekly internal syncs, task reviews, and project updates.
• Document workflows, SOPs, client-specific processes, and maintain organized file structures to facilitate onboarding and training.
• Conduct quality checks on creative, content, marketing, and presentation deliverables, verifying accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Support client communications by tracking feedback, approvals, and preparing agendas and summaries for meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, technical, and sales teams to manage diverse project aspects including campaign materials, presentations, websites, and sales enablement tools.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years in project management, operations, account coordination, or documentation, ideally with marketing or client-facing projects.
• Highly organized, detail-conscious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple complex deliverables remotely.
• Strong written communication skills to effectively summarize decisions, blockers, and action items.
• Adaptable to ambiguity with an ability to create structure and accountability within evolving processes.
• Proficient with Asana or equivalent project management software.
• Experience enhancing workflows, developing documentation, and fostering team efficiency.
• Calm and clear-headed amid shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Asana setup, workflow design, dashboards, or templates.
• Background in creative, marketing, or content agency settings.
• Familiarity with quality assurance for marketing materials and presentations.
• Usage experience with Google Workspace, Box, HubSpot, ZiFlow/Zephyr, Odoo, or Zoom.
• Coordination with designers, writers, web developers, CRM, or technical teams.

Work Schedule and Meetings

• Internal meetings are required for team alignment and project tracking, including:
  • Monday: 10:00am CT (1 hour)
  • Thursday: 10:00am CT (1 hour)
  • Tuesday: 11:00am CT (30 minutes)
  • Wednesday: 10:00am CT (30 minutes)
