Project Director

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Development Director for a landmark construction project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the development and construction delivery, ensuring safety, quality, commercial viability, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from development through construction to completion.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants and contractors.
• Oversee project programme, commercial performance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and relevant regulatory bodies.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex construction or real estate development projects.
• Proven expertise in both project delivery and development management roles.
• Background representing developers or client-side organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse consultant and contractor teams.
• Strong skills in commercial oversight, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience successfully completing projects through construction phases.
• Previous work exposure in Saudi Arabia or wider GCC region is highly valued.
