Position Summary

The Program Supervisor acts as the onsite leader overseeing a Fooda program at a client location. This individual ensures smooth daily operations maintaining a hospitality-focused experience that meets Fooda's service standards. Acting as the main point of contact for the client, employees, and restaurant partners, the role resolves issues efficiently while fostering strong relationships and setting clear expectations to support vendor success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily onsite food program ensuring timely, quality, and hospitality-driven service delivery.
• Maintain open communication with the client and staff to build trust and ensure alignment.
• Oversee and assist staff or coordinators as necessary to prepare for consistent service.
• Collaborate with local restaurant teams facilitating their setup and addressing operational challenges.
• Monitor customer experience, identify trends, manage concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
• Handle operational tasks including menu updates, point-of-sale adjustments, signage, and presentation quality.
• Support the restaurant network by providing feedback, reinforcing standards, and enhancing vendor performance.
• This position requires onsite presence in Hutto, TX, working from 9 AM to 5 PM.
