Program / Engagement Manager - Principal

About the Role

As a Principal in our expanding CRL Practice, you will be integral to designing and executing large-scale transformation initiatives that assist global enterprises in modernizing, enhancing skills, and securing their future workforce capabilities. This role combines strategic advisory expertise with rigorous delivery management and strong coordination across complex, multi-domain projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery excellence across substantial digital transformation programs, focusing on execution, cross-functional collaboration, PMO activities, and ensuring commitments are fulfilled within multi-vendor settings.
• Coordinate workstreams, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies to sustain project momentum and ensure high-quality, impactful deliverables.
• Oversee design and execution of intricate learning programs with an emphasis on quality, timeliness, and measurable results.
• Maintain comprehensive RAID documentation and ensure prompt resolution of issues and dependencies.
• Guide globally dispersed teams effectively, utilizing offshore resources and vendor collaborations.
• Conduct regular PMO processes including status updates, dashboard preparation, executive reports, and program health assessments.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices are embedded across delivery portfolios.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks such as charters, RACI matrices, decision protocols, escalation avenues, and steering committee operations.
• Lead standardization of PMO methodologies covering planning, RAID management, benefits tracking, change control, and dependency oversight.
• Implement risk frameworks, control libraries, quality checkpoints, and perform independent audits and gate reviews.
• Contribute to sales growth by supporting proposal development, work breakdown structures, cost estimates, and solution briefs.
• Provide insights for commercial models, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Engage with clients in project demonstrations, walkthroughs, and discussions as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in PMO leadership and managing digital transformation programs, including establishing governance in multi-vendor, cross-functional teams.
• Track record of overseeing multi-million-dollar, multinational transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Substantial experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation projects involving S/4HANA, Oracle, and Salesforce implementations.
• Strong background in IT strategy formulation, enterprise roadmap development, and process transformation using tools like Celonis, Signavio, ARIS or their equivalents.
• Expertise in leading large, diverse, global teams within complex matrix and vendor environments.
• Demonstrated executive presence with excellent influencing skills to engage senior leaders and facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Resilient, solution-focused with the ability to simplify complexities and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to high-quality deliverables.
• Proficient in fostering collaboration and motivating teams to reach common objectives with high performance.
• Competent in identifying, mitigating, and managing risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, uncertain settings while maintaining clarity and structure.
• Strong skills in gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating information tailored for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Expertise in at least one of these domains: Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), Grocery Retail, or Automotive Retail (Dealership).
