Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality meals with excellent culinary standards.
  • Contribute creatively to recipe development focused on healthy, balanced, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Manage food services for special events, creative initiatives, and house festivals.
  • Present dishes attractively both at the buffet and within front cooking settings.
  • Conduct controls of goods on delivery, inventory management, and storage checks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene regulations and maintain thorough documentation of these measures.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed professional training as a cook (m/w/d).
  • Preferably several years of experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
  • Proficient knowledge of HACCP standards and allergen labeling requirements.
  • Strong customer service orientation, attentive to guests' needs and preferences.
  • Empathetic nature and enjoyment in social interaction, both with residents and team members.
  • Competence in using common office software applications.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Remuneration according to Diakonie Bayern collective agreement (AVR-Bayern), pay group E6 starting from €41,388 annually.
