About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production at our factory located in Kuha, Odhav, Ahmedabad. This role involves strategic planning and efficient management of factory operations, including manpower scheduling and resource utilization to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring optimal use of machinery and workforce.
- Manage day-to-day factory operations to maintain smooth production flow.
- Develop new client relationships for job-work assignments and maintain effective customer communication.
- Provide technical guidance related to CNC machining, cutting, bending, and machining processes.
- Maintain high standards of production quality and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Track production progress, identifying and resolving any technical challenges.
- Lead and motivate the production team to optimize shop-floor performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 7 to 15 years in production management.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong capabilities in production planning, CNC programming, machining processes, and quality control.
- Ability to read technical drawings and effectively manage manpower and customer relations.
- Prior experience in machinery manufacturing or job work environments is highly desirable.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of ₹50,000 to ₹60,000.
Location
This is an on-site role based in Kuha, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
