Role Overview
As a Production Estimator, you will be instrumental in ensuring construction projects begin with precise, detailed, and high-quality estimates and related documentation. Your critical responsibilities include analyzing plans and contracts for consistency, completing detailed take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment, coordinating documentation amendments, managing purchase orders, reviewing supplier quotes, processing invoices, maintaining project records, and supporting quality control through review of team outputs and managing project variations.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will share our commitment to becoming Australia’s foremost residential builder and embody our core values. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in estimating within a similar role and industry, with knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and BASIX requirements. Proficiency in computer applications, especially medium to advanced Excel skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents, are essential. Candidates must also demonstrate high attention to detail and sound understanding of building processes, materials, and costing.
