About MenaBev
MenaBev is a prominent firm in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, known for being an authorized bottler and distributor of PepsiCo beverages throughout western Saudi Arabia. The company produces, sells, and distributes a variety of beverage products and operates the MEGA Plant in Jeddah, a globally significant Pepsi bottling facility spanning more than 300,000 square meters. MenaBev is dedicated to maintaining superior product quality and excelling in production, distribution, and customer service.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure production of high-quality products according to schedule, while optimizing the use of available resources.
Key Accountabilities
- Create task lists and work schedules for shifts to maximize resource efficiency.
- Minimize waste by adhering to manufacturing standard operating procedures.
- Promote efficiency and extend asset longevity through reviewing production processes, routine machine maintenance, and changeover tasks.
- Oversee the production plan, coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines.
- Boost productivity and efficiency through effective shift planning.
- Maintain the ERP system for accurate input and output data including quantities, downtime reasons, and raw material details.
- Report daily production performance punctually.
- Analyze production downtimes in daily meetings, developing action plans to prevent repeat occurrences.
- Follow World Class Manufacturing methods, Total Productive Maintenance practices, and PepsiCo best practices.
- Execute all duties conforming to standard operating procedures as well as company policies and Health, Safety, Environment, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
- Evaluate, mentor, and train team members on technical competencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
